Ernest Goods Co currently only ships within the United States. USPS & DHL are our designated shipping carriers for all orders.
Please note that all processing times & shipping times are based on business days which excludes weekends and National Holidays. Processing during promotional periods may also take longer due to an influx of orders.

At Ernest Goods, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your product, you may request a refund of the full purchase price less shipping and handling at any time.
This 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy applies to all products purchased through our website and applies to our subscription program as well.
However, no refunds will be issued for products without proof of purchase. Additionally, refunds are given only for regular priced items, sale items are final sale, and excluded from our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

- Pack It Up: Pack up your items securely, place the label provided by our Customer Support team to your package, and send it our way.
- Ship It: Once we receive your item, we will process your refund request. Standard processing time of refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
